  • Heidi - 28 - Outbound Customer Relations Executive
I started at Angel Springs Ltd in 2002 when I was 18 years old as a temporary worker in Telesales. I then went on to become a full time member of staff offering free water cooler trials to potential customers. Within a couple of years I had progressed to a full sales position. I really enjoyed this job as I had a lot of training and improved my skills. After taking maternity leave in 2008 I returned in 2009 and started in the new Customer Relations Team. Every day is different in this role and you certainly never get bored! I thoroughly enjoy working here as we all work as part of a team and help each other when needed. I have worked here now for 9 years and would recommend it to anyone.
  • Lisa - 20 - Outbound Customer Relations Executive
I first started at Angel Springs Ltd in 2009, when I was 18 Years Old. Initially I worked in the Customer Service Department then after a year I applied for a position in Outbound Customer Relations. I have now been in this role for just over a year and really enjoy it. This job has given me the opportunity to be trained in many different areas of the business and I am now able to assist the Customer Retention Team and the National Accounts Support Admin team.

When first starting here I had no experience in Customer Service, Sales or Administration as this was my first job out of education. Since working at Angel I have become fully trained in different roles and I am continuing to learn, and progress even further within the Company. I enjoy working at Angel, and being part of a successful and friendly Team.
  • Imogen - 22 - Customer Relations Team Leader
I started at Angel Springs in September 2007 as a trialler in the sales team. This was offering free trials of our water coolers to other businesses. I had no sales or office experience and it was my first full time job out of college. I was given all the training needed and the other members of staff were always helpful!

An opportunity came for a promotion to a closer position where I would be signing up the free trials to customers. I trained in this alongside my usual trialling role. As of October 2009 I was promoted to closer. Throughout my time as closer there were on-going training days and sessions. This training helped me to progress further following another opportunity for promotion in March 2011. I was then promoted to Team Leader in July of that year. Since then the company have put me through an NVQ in Team leading to aid me further.

At Angel Springs there is always chance for progression and support is always given. It is not just a job here but a career.
  • Sophia - 25 - Outbound Customer Relations Team Leader
I started at Angel Springs in 2006 as a Trialler in the Telesales department and soon progressed to the role of full sales closer. I really enjoyed this role and it expanded my knowledge and skills within sales. In 2008 a new Customer Relations department was formed and I was the first member of staff to try this new role. Due to the success of this function the team was then expanded to 6 staff and I was promoted to Senior Customer Relations Advisor in 2009. The department has since expanded and grown further and in October 2010 I was promoted again to Customer Relations Team Leader. During the last two years I have gained my NVQ Level 2 Team Leader and my NVQ Level 3 Management qualifications.

Having now worked at Angel Springs for nearly 6 years I have a good knowledge of the business and really enjoy my job. It is hard work and no two days are the same but if you have potential and the right attitude there are plenty of opportunities for progression.
